And so it turned out that the quality of images was the last thing on the agenda. The developers, in the pursuit of megapixels, packed the camera with a rather mediocre matrix. Noise and chromatic aberrations appear even in good shooting conditions. Photos are frankly dull, there is no "richness" of colors. We even compared pictures of the same objects with this camera and older models of other companies - the difference is not in favor of this camera. So why do I recommend it, and the main thing, to whom? My experience has shown that the Canon ixus 105 is the best option for taking it on trips. Its compact size and lightness will make you happy when you are on vacation, because the camera is comfortable in your hand and you do not feel it at all. The convenient location of the shutter button and the large screen make the device easy to use even for the novice. The high-quality made hard-wearing body will not be damaged when you go out, and the battery will last for days. Even a person who is familiar with technology can handle the functions of the described model - the intuitive menu, large icons for shooting modes - all this is a huge plus for the unpretentious user who does not like to dig through the instructions and does not make big claims to the quality of pictures.
Bought the Canon IXUS 105 and barely used it. For my birthday I had a craving for a camera. I didn't have much money, so I saved the necessary amount and bought it. I regretted it. I bought it and put a protective film on the screen and got a glamorous pink camera. When I bought it, I went to a consultant and asked him to advise me on the camera. I asked to take photos and look them on the monitor of my computer, but I couldn't do it because there was no small flash card in this huge store and it was prohibited to look it on the computer. In general, the service was terrible. Since then I don't go to this store. When I took photos at home and saw them on my computer, I was very disappointed. It made a lot of noise, it didn't focus well, and the pictures came out muddy. But I can give you an A for style and appearance. After a month, the lens broke, would not go back and wrote "Lens Error". Took it to repair, to which I was told that I was wrong and the camera is in perfect condition. Such a shame! It still sticks sometimes, I have to knock to get it in - it looks funny when I hit it on people's knees. I put it in a drawer and use another one, also a Canon, but an older model - this one, so I'm not complaining.
