The photo quality of the Nikon Coolpix S60 camera is bad! What can I say?
Yes, the great and terrible Photoshop will save us. Soapbox is not bad, there are many different functions, especially if you learn to use them. In particular, shooting a scene is very satisfying. But in bad light or in the apartment photo quality leaves much to be desired. Sharpness disappears somewhere, on the face there are circles under the eyes, the flash changes colors. But the worst thing is that the colors are almost always much duller than they really are! However, on the street in good light you can get good pictures. This soapbox obviously do not photograph people. I've already suffered: I have to improve the sharpness and colors in Photoshop, remove unnecessary shadows.
The bad thing is that the battery runs out quickly, for a whole day of charging is obviously not enough. And if you go somewhere outdoors for a day? Not enough 100%.

3 photo: color processing in photoshop. Without sharpening. The blue color was not removed. But the faded color has noticeably disappeared.
I do not recommend Coolpix S60.
Nikon Coolpix S60 did not meet expectations. I really wanted to buy myself a camera-soapbox, not very expensive, but decent. When I came to the store, the sales assistant recommended me exactly Nicon coolpix s 60, it cost 3000 rubles. In general, I bought it, a long time to understand how to use it, the next day already started to photograph. And very soon disappointed, as the quality of photos does not differ almost from the shooting of a cell phone camera. Colors distort, all photos are a little bluish tinge, to convey the colors of the sunset can not absolutely, even photoshop did not help. Its only plus is its light weight and compactness. Here for comparison I attach two photos, the first one is made by this camera, the second one is made by Samsung cell phone camera. No difference in fact. Tip: don't trust salesmen, they will say a lot of things to sell a product, especially if it's not going well.
